Wellnox Scribe
Talk to your patient. Scribe writes the note.
An ambient scribe built into the Wellnox EMR. Doctors look at the patient, not the keyboard, and finish the visit with the note already drafted.
Listen
One tap to start. The patient's consent is recorded first.
Transcribe
English, Arabic or both in the same sentence, with speakers separated.
Structure
Complaint, history, examination, assessment and plan, in your EMR fields.
Suggest
ICD-10 codes, lab orders and medicines offered as one-click suggestions.
Sign
The doctor edits, approves and signs. Nothing is saved before that.
Bilingual by design
Built for clinics where English and Arabic mix in the same consultation.
Specialty aware
Notes shaped for general practice, dental, physiotherapy and specialist clinics.
Edit in place
Every line of the draft is editable before you sign. Nothing is locked in.
Context from the record
Allergies, chronic conditions and recent results inform the draft.
Wellnox Copilots
The work your team repeats, drafted in seconds.
Copilots sit inside the screens your team already uses. One click drafts the work; your team checks it and moves on.
Wellnox Agents
Agents that work while your clinic sleeps.
Agents take on the repetitive work behind the scenes, prepare it end to end, and wait for your team to approve.

AI in every product
Far more than an AI-powered EMR.
From the ward to the lab bench, the pharmacy counter, the claims desk and HR, every Wellnox product ships with AI that fits the work done there.
Responsible AI
Built for healthcare, governed like healthcare.
AI that clinicians, compliance teams and patients can trust, with people in control at every step.
Clinicians stay in charge
Every AI output is a draft. A person reviews and approves it before it is saved, sent or submitted.
Consent first
Scribe asks for the patient's consent before recording, and audio is deleted once transcribed.
Hosted in your region
AI services can run in-region, so patient data stays where your regulator expects it.
Permission aware
AI only sees what the signed-in user is allowed to see. Roles and branches still apply.
Full audit trail
Who generated, edited and approved every draft is recorded alongside the record.
Your data stays yours
Patient data is used to serve your facility only, never to train public models.
Wellnox AI FAQ
AI questions, answered.
Anything else? Our team replies within one business day.
Wellnox AI is rolling out in phases with early-access customers, starting with Wellnox Scribe and the RCM copilots. Tell us which features matter most to you on the request form and we will include you in the next group.
Yes. Scribe is designed for consultations in English, Arabic or a mix of both, and writes the note in English for the medical record. Patient summaries can be produced in either language.
No. Wellnox AI drafts and suggests. Doctors, coders and managers review, edit and approve every output, and nothing reaches the record, a payer or a patient without that approval.
Scribe records only after the patient consents. Audio is used to produce the transcript and is then deleted. The signed note is stored in the EMR like any other note.
Wellnox AI is an add-on to any Wellnox plan. Pricing depends on the features you switch on and how many clinicians use them. We include it in your tailored quote.
